APW - Illinois, Bunn Special, Grade 163, 23J 60 Hour, Type I marking, 16S, two-tone white and yellow gold-filled OF original Bunn Special Model 206 case with engraving detail to rear, "Illinois Bunn Special 23 Jewel 60 Hour" marked white enamel DS dial, SW-LS, fully capped lever escapement, rayed pattern nickel damascene, s#5334550. A superb example throughout, but highlighted by its magnificent two-tone Model 206 case with factory executed pattern engraving to its rear which is the finest example of this desirable case model which our firm has handled and is also the finest example this cataloger has seen.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, nearly mint cosmetic mvt condition overall, very few micro-fine scratches; flawless dial; nearly mint hands; case shows hardly any wear, few pinpoint nicks to band, no dents or dings, superb engraving detail, case components serial #s all correctly match; tight bow, crown shows hardly any wear; good glass crystal.
